Quotes, estimates, and projects
A website inquiry, consultation, preliminary estimate, or quote request does not create a service contract. Project scope, pricing, payment terms, scheduling, warranties, responsibilities, and other binding terms will be set out in a separate written proposal, estimate, or agreement accepted by Evergreen and the customer.
Any pricing, timing, or service information shown on the Website is illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise. Final pricing and availability may depend on site conditions, design decisions, access, permits, materials, weather, utilities, subcontractors, and other project-specific factors.

Portfolio photographs are provided to illustrate the type and quality of work Evergreen has performed. Results vary by property, design, materials, site conditions, budget, maintenance, and other factors. Images may not represent services available for every property.

The Website may link to or use third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and policies.
